Lamwon Kindergaten School – Adilang.
On Friday, 2nd May 2025, Rostwa Engineers carried out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at Dongo Paco KG School, located in Lamwon, Adilang Town Council. The initiative reflected the organization’s continued dedication to uplifting the communities in which it operates through purposeful and responsible engagement.
The day commenced with a range of hands-on improvement activities at the school. The Rostwa team collaborated to enhance the school’s environment by levelling the ground, setting up walkways, improving access to classroom and staffroom entrances, installing children’s play stations, and collecting and safely burning accumulated waste around the premises. These efforts were aimed at creating a safer and more engaging learning space for the young learners.
In a creative display of sustainable engineering, the team designed and installed classroom shutters constructed from recycled soda bottles and wooden frames, an innovative approach to functional reuse that combines environmental responsibility with practicality.
The team also spent time engaging with the children through interactive play, fostering a sense of joy and community connection.
The day concluded with a friendly football match between Rostwa Engineers staff and members of the Dongo Paco Foundation Ltd (DPFL). The match, played at the AVTI school pitch, brought together staff and community members in a moment of shared enjoyment.
This CSR activity is one of many steps Rostwa Engineers is taking to integrate community engagement into its broader vision. By applying practical engineering solutions beyond construction sites into local communities, the organization continues to demonstrate its dedication to improving the quality of life in the regions it serves.
