THE COMPANY WAS FOUNDED

The idea of Rostwa was formed around December 2008 in Kitgum Town not so far away from Pager Bridge where the two Directors (Eng. Obwor Emmanuel & Mwaka Isaac Phillip) were residing in a single room. The birth of Rostwa (Roads, Structures, Water) was prompted when the contracts of the two friends on a project at St. Joseph Hospital had come to an end and decided to form Rostwa Engineers Limited.

Change of Office

From 2009 to 2016, Mr. Onen John Norbert steered the company’s operations. In 2017, Eng. Obwor assumed full management responsibilities following his resignation from his previous role. He relocated the company’s headquarters to Entebbe, situating it at Plot 27, Mirza Road.

10th ANNIVERSARY

In 2019, Rostwa celebrated a decade of milestones and achievements at its Entebbe offices. During the commemoration, plans were laid for the construction of a new headquarters.

NEW HOME

In 2022, Rostwa Engineers Limited expanded its operations with the opening of its main offices in Mpala, Entebbe P.O.Box 569
