Construction of Classroom Block and Offices – St. Clare Primary School Phase III

  • Construction of Classroom Block and Offices – St. Clare Primary School Phase III

DESCRIPTION

Phase III of the St. Clare Primary School development in Oyam, Uganda, has been completed, delivering a new classroom block and administrative offices as the latest addition to a school that Rostwa Engineers has been building since Phase I.

The work undertaken across the three phases tells a clear story of institutional growth. Phase I established the school’s water infrastructure and initial classroom capacity. Phase II extended the classroom block and strengthened the water supply systems. Phase III now brings dedicated administrative offices alongside further classroom provision, completing the functional picture of a school equipped to operate fully and serve its pupils well.

The classroom block expands the school’s teaching capacity, providing structured, durable learning spaces designed to accommodate a growing pupil population in Oyam. The administrative offices give the school’s leadership and staff a proper working environment — an often overlooked but critical component of a well-run institution. Schools that function well are built as much on operational infrastructure as they are on classrooms.

Rostwa Engineers handled the design and construction of this phase, managing the full delivery process from structural design and procurement through to site execution and handover.
