The Adilang Vocational Training Institute continues to grow. The construction of the Main Hall marks a significant addition to the AVTI campus in Adilang, Agago District delivering a large, multi-purpose facility that serves the institute’s students, staff, and the wider community.
AVTI, operated by Dongo Paco Foundation Limited, has been developed in phases over several years. Each phase has expanded what the institute can offer to young people in Northern Uganda seeking practical vocational training. The Main Hall is the most prominent communal structure delivered to date, a facility designed to host assemblies, institutional events, training sessions, and community gatherings at a scale the campus previously could not accommodate.
Rostwa Engineers carried this project from design through to construction and final handover. The structural design, architectural planning, site management, and quality oversight were all handled in-house, ensuring consistency between what was drawn and what was built.
The completed hall stands as a functional centrepiece of the AVTI campus. For an institution built around equipping young people with skills, having a space of this scale changes what is possible, for convocations, skills exhibitions, community engagement, and the broader academic life of the institute.
Project delivered.
