Phase II A of the Mater Ecclasie Nursing School development focuses on strengthening both academic and student welfare infrastructure. This phase involves the extension of the classroom block and the construction of a Dining Hall, two facilities that will directly support the school’s capacity to accommodate a growing student body.
The classroom extension is designed to expand instructional space, ease congestion, and provide a more conducive learning environment. The Dining Hall is planned as a functional, durable, and hygienic facility that will serve students and staff, while also acting as a multipurpose space for community gatherings.

Our approach integrates design, construction, and management under one framework, ensuring continuity, accountability, and efficiency across all stages. Close attention is placed on the quality, durability, and long-term functionality of the facilities.
On completion, this phase will provide the school with expanded classroom space and a modern dining facility, both of which are critical for the institution’s growth. Beyond meeting immediate needs, the facilities are designed with long-term sustainability and ease of maintenance in mind, supporting the continued mission of Mater Ecclasie Nursing School.
