Adilang Vocational Training Institute: Phase 3 – Boys Dormitory

Building upon the successful expansion achieved in Phases 1 and Phase 2, Our Client DPFL announced the commencement of Phase 3 construction for the Adilang Vocational Training Institute (AVTI). This phase focuses on providing comfortable and secure on-campus accommodation for male students.

Project Details

• Construction of a Boys’ Dormitory: Constructed a dormitory specifically designed to accommodate the needs of AVTI’s male students.
• Increased Student Housing Capacity: The dormitory will feature eight (8) individual cubicles, each comfortably housing four (4) students, providing a total capacity of 32 beds.
• Emphasis on Student Well-being: The design prioritizes a comfortable and secure living environment, fostering a sense of community among students.

Project Scope

Rostwa Engineers’ scope of work for Phase 3 encompasses:

• Detailed design and engineering of the dormitory, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and student well-being standards.
• Construction management, maintaining high-quality construction practices.
• Installation of all necessary utilities and amenities within the dormitory.
