Rostwa Cultural Day 2025: Honoring Uganda at 63

On October 8th, 2025, Rostwa Engineers held its Rostwa Cultural Day, an annual celebration organized in recognition of Uganda’s Independence Anniversary. The event brought together staff to appreciate the beauty of Uganda’s cultural diversity while reflecting on the nation’s journey of growth and unity.

The day carried a bright and cheerful atmosphere across the office. Team members came dressed in different cultural outfits, adding color and energy to the workplace. Light cultural music played throughout the day, creating a relaxed environment as staff carried out their duties.

During lunch, everyone enjoyed a selection of traditional Ugandan dishes that highlighted the country’s rich food culture. It was a refreshing and enjoyable moment shared as one team.

The celebrations continued into the evening with a cultural dinner and get-together. The session featured traditional dances, music, and storytelling that showcased Uganda’s heritage. It was a moment of connection, joy, and appreciation for the diverse traditions that make Uganda special.

Beyond the festivities, the day reminded us of the importance of unity, respect, and cultural pride — values that continue to define both our nation and our company. At Rostwa Engineers, we believe that diversity strengthens teamwork and that shared experiences build stronger relationships within our workplace.
